      Payment Terms: Invoices are due by the tenth of the month following purchase. Any requests for credits or corrections on an invoice should be made by the tenth or can not be used as a reason for non-payment. Invoices become delinquent on the 20th of the month following purchase. 1 1/2% per month charged on all past due invoices. If any unpaid invoices reach sixty (60) days old, the account goes on C.O.D. and is no longer in good standing. If an account is on C.O.D. or not in good standing, a deposit of 50% is required on all special orders. Accounts not in good standing are subject to regular re-evaluation and change. All customers in good standing must have a signed credit application on file. We also accept MASTERCARD, VISA & DISCOVERCARD.
      Orders: No minimum on Will Call orders.
      Backorders: Backorders will be canceled unless otherwise requested by customer.
      Sales tax: Customers assume full responsibility for all taxes or other assessments imposed by any government agency. All customers must furnish CWH a signed valid resale or tax exemption certificate, otherwise sales tax will be added to invoice charges.
      Returns: No merchandise may be returned without written authorization of CWH. & a copy of the original invoice or receipt. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition, and shipped prepaid to CWH warehouse. All merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restock charge, unless merchandise is defective or was shipped in error by CWH. Returns of discontinued merchandise can not be accepted.
Claims: All claims for shortage must be made within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. CWH shall be held harmless in any claim of injury during installation of CWH merchandise.
      Warranty: All CWH merchandise is guaranteed against defects in workmanship by each manufacture's standard warranty. The warranty is limited to the replacement or credit of materials, not to exceed the original purchase price. This warranty does not cover labor or installation charges of any kind. The warranty only covers the specific use each item is designed for; improper use or installation of any merchandise immediately voids warranty.
      Prices: All prices are per each unless noted. Prices are subject to change without notification.
      Models: Specification of models are subject to change without notification.
      Freight: All goods are sold F.O.B. CWH warehouse.

      Sales policy: Possession of this catalog does not constitute an offer to sell. CWH reserves the right to refuse sale at any time.
